Incubator

I am well on my way to my dream incubator. I found dickeyincubators.com. They have incubators 3x the quality as the georgia quail, and they are cheaper. I need to save up 650 bucks for the complete set up I want plus shipping. Wish me luck. I hope to save all summer and sell lots of chickens in order to get it for next year. But until then, my incubator is getting a makeover. I order an automatic humidity system, that should help with my water levels, Larry put a plexi-glass window on my door. He is going to insulate the whole incubator this weekend. He bought and modified an automatic turner for one tray. We might buy another, but I don't want to go overboard when I don't plan on using it as an incubator, but as a hatcher next year. He also bought some new latches for the door b/c one is broken. I need to work on a hatching tray. And I need to start planning my hatching trays for next year, they need tops, the bottoms I have will be fine, they just need tops. I'm so excited, by Saturday I hope to have pics of the new and improved incubator and I hope to have some eggs set. YAY!
